Refund policy
We want you to be excited about your new purchase. If you have any questions or would like recommendations about your new device, please let us know. You have 30 days from the day you received your Feel New Cupping order to start the return process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at feelnewcuppinghelp@gmail.com and include your original Feel New Cupping order number. We are unable to issue you a refund if you cannot find your order number, please contact our Feel New Cupping Support team before shipping your unit back, and we will be happy to find it for you.

Feel New Cupping does not cover shipping costs for returns.

Products and packaging must be returned in new and undamaged condition. Any product(s) showing signs of wear will be classed as "unacceptable" and you will be notified.

Feel New Cupping is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

Your refund will initiate within 3-5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. A detailed email confirmation will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
